Urban Experience in Motion

In a city that never stops moving, attention is earned in seconds. For VinFast, the challenge was clear: how do you make a new automotive brand not just visible, but unforgettable in one of Metro Manila’s busiest urban spaces?

The answer was not to compete with the city’s energy, but to integrate into it.

At the heart of Bonifacio Global City, the Amphitheater was transformed into an immersive VinFast experience. What began as a straightforward display evolved through weeks of planning and multiple design iterations, pushing the concept beyond a traditional showcase into something more dynamic, inviting, and alive.

Reimagining the Automotive Display

The final space redefined what a car display could be.

VinFast vehicles were mounted at striking angles, immediately breaking away from the visual language of conventional showcases. Elevated and sculptural, they became focal points that commanded attention from every direction.

Above them, a suspended LED cube served as a visual beacon, broadcasting motion and light across the space. Visible from a distance, it drew people in before they even knew what they were approaching.

Built at Scale, Executed with Precision

Behind the seamless experience was a complex and tightly coordinated build.

The installation required a three-day ingress, carefully managed within a live urban environment. This included:

  • Precise vehicle mounting and angled positioning
  • Structural installation with full safety reinforcement
  • Comprehensive system checks under compressed timelines

Every element had to work within the constraints of a functioning city. To the public, the experience felt effortless, as if it had always belonged there.

Designing for Stay, Not Just Sight

Beyond visibility, the space was designed to encourage dwell.

A lounge-like environment invited guests to slow down, anchored by complimentary Vietnamese coffee that served as both a cultural touchpoint and a natural draw. What began as a casual stop became an entry into the brand experience, attracting office workers, families, and passersby.

A Space That Evolved Daily

To sustain engagement, programming transformed the Amphitheater into a living environment. Each day introduced a new layer of interaction:

  • A fashion show that merged mobility with style
  • A family day that welcomed a broader community
  • A thought leadership panel on electric vehicles, positioning the brand within future-facing conversations

The result was not a static installation, but a continuously evolving space that gave people a reason to return.

From Presence to Participation

This defined the success of the VinFast BGC Amphitheater display.

It did not ask people to seek out the brand. It met them where they already were, transforming a familiar public space into a point of discovery, interaction, and cultural exchange.

VinFast went beyond introducing its vehicles. It embedded itself into the urban landscape, turning presence into participation and visibility into lasting impact.
